she wasnt on qvc she was on the nbc shopping network but you werent kidding that she likes to flex.  most of her flexes didnt come on the ez gym but on some kind of thing for your face which she claims works by building up the muscle under the face and she flexes her bicep to demonstrate about buidling up the muscle under the skin instead of just tightening the skin itself.  suzanne is flex crazy on these shows.

A sleeveless Katie Couric is on Rachel Ray today.

Starting tomorrow 9th Feb on BBC 3 in the UK "Last Woman Standing".

Series following five athletic adventurers from the west as they compete for glory against tribal champions in some of the remotest corners of the globe, with the ultimate aim of being crowned the Last Woman Standing. They have just a week to master an indigenous sport, training and rituals, whilst eating and sleeping as their fellow competitors do.

In the first programme, the athletes take on Huka Huka wrestling with the Kamaiura tribe in Brazil. For 51 weeks of the year the women of the Upper Xingu live quiet, monotonous lives, cooking, cleaning and looking after the children. But once a year this all changes, and during the Yamurikuma festival the women of the tribe assume the roles of men for a week.

The climax of the festival is the annual wrestling competition. The fighting is the Huka Huka style, using the lower body, knees, legs and feet. The village is renowned for having the fiercest fighting women in the Xingu and there is prestige and pride at stake. Our athletes compete against the locals in a knock out contest, to prove that they too have what it takes.

Some pleasant surprises this weekend.  Saw Ashley Judd flex during the Alabama-Kentucky game Friday night.  And lots of muscle during Celebrity Apprentice (think I even saw a flex from one of the dark-skinned girls) including a very buff Summer Sanders. 



This wasn't the AJ flex (or the same game for the matter) but I thought I'd post something.  Rooting for Kentucky as I have them in all 4 pools winning it all.  Plus, it will be a nice bonus watching for Ashley as they always show her and she's 90% of the time very short-sleeved. 

In other upcoming potential, DWTS new season starts 3/22 with Pam Anderson, Erin Andrews, and new host Brooke Burke as potential flexers along with the dancers.
