I'm with gerbil, not geezer.  She has the reputation of a monstrous diva, and I've never read anything to the contrary.

she's a bronx gal so i understand the sense of humor.  she said the stuff off the air.  i think she was joking around.  the problem with just reading the words and not seeing them spoken is you cant tell the context they were said in.  definitely sounds like she was joking around to me.

From what the people who heard her said, she was dead serious.

In Hollywood, that is no doubt true.  Tongue

Lets get back to her fitness-, muscle- and strenght-talk?!

Here is a blog where she writes about her progress in training and talks about getting stronger.

http://www.self.com/livingwell/blogs/celebrity/jennifer_lopez/index.html

How much is the size of this big apple?
I would say more than 12 inches.
Is she flexing hard ?(I don`t think so).

In the youtube vid she flexed her left biceps in the pics her right.
Her biceps has a good volume.

Yesterday I saw the folm "Anaconda" which is 11 years old I think.
There she shows a good sized biceps and always wears tank-top.
She has broad sholders.

JLO is a natural muscled women who does some sport.
But she does not pumping iron.
If she is going to do that, she will be the strongest women in Hollywood.

She is an actor (better) and a singer (not so good), she is not an athlete.

Madonna is pumping iron. For me that looks not so good.
For me she is a dwarf with muscles, not pretty.
JLO has a solid body and looks good, big but not oversized biceps.
And I said nothing about her backside.

Her rump is way too plump for my tastes, but I did love that shot of her biceps in Anaconda when she flipped back her wet hair.

Jessica is also a natural strong girl who does a lot training, more than JLO.
Jessica might be stronger - yes.

But JLO has a stunning biceps size.

SELF:

Yes she can kick ass.

When SELF caught up with Jennifer Lopez and her trainer Gunnar Peterson for a workout, we weren't surprised to see Jennifer "kick ass," as her T-shirt predicted. Have we mentioned that we love what a real, unabashed athlete this superstar is? We were shocked, though, that she could bike through a public park without a single paparazzo trailing and without any other bikers and runners noticing the superstar.

"I go all out. I wear the baseball cap, sunglasses, helmet. You've got to wear a helmet. And I'll wrap an old shirt around my waist. Nobody recognizes me, but just in case, I don't want someone taking a picture of my ass!"

Jennifer's got nothing to worry about—her body is in amazing shape. (Plus, what's more attractive than reaching goals like a triathlon and raising money for charity?) She even makes a helmet look sexy. Check her out, hamming it up in the picture above, taken at the bike shop.

Aside from an incognito style, what else is important in a helmet? "You've got to go for comfort, but it should fit snuggly on top of your head," Peterson says. "Those people who perch it on the back of their skull are more worried about getting a good tan than protecting their heads. If you don't know how to adjust yours, go to a bike shop and let them help you. The interesting thing the pros told us: Even the best helmets are designed for only one impact. If you take a fall, and yours hits the ground, get a new one."

If you happen to see Jennifer, shhh—don't tell the paparazzi. Show your support and wish her luck by clicking the Donate button above. And if you're inspired to transform your body (and feel amazing), check out SELF's Reach Your Goal program.

Keep checking back to read more about Jennifer's triathlon training progress and charity initiatives.

The triathlon is in Malibu
this Sunday the 14th of September.

I hope we get some fotos of her swimming, cycling and running!

(with a flex on the finish line!?)
