If you gave me a choice between Lisa Person and Christina Hart and said one of these ladies can squat 425. My choice would have been Lisa. Christina's legs just don't look like they can do it. I like the deadlift video of Christina's the bar bends nice!

i didnt know figure girls did this kind of training.

there is a figure girl at my gym

she uses tiny weights. lots of reps.

These heavy lifters are so cool.  It often amazes me how little the fit-looking women at the gym can lift or choose to lift.

Not only is she a woman, but she's 43 and hasn't beent raining that long. Truly incredibly. Some people are just born to be strong as oxes, just amazing. She outlifts me by quite a lot and I'm a healthy, athletic 24 year old haha.
