You're overestimating the weight of those plates. These are the big but thin powerlifting plates. Looks like tens, which means 60lbs plus the bar. So about 105 lbs. which is still not bad.

Nope, it was 80kg as per her description:

Has to be 15 kg per plate. 4x15=60, and 20 kg for the bar, makes 80 kg total.

Rumor has it that Daisy is in line to be the star of a potential Tomb Raider reboot. Based off her Star Wars performance, I actually wouldn't mind seeing that.
