Us magazine on several women's strength
Jan 5th, 2017 at 5:52am

I normally don't read Us magazine, but someone sent me a free subscription and the latest issue (Jan. 9) has a fit-celebs story. There are a few bits about various women's strength. Excerpts:

Carrie Underwood: "Long envied for her cut legs," she's "now focused on defining her guns. 'I've been working hard on my arms .... I used to curl 8 pounds. Now I curl 20!' "

Jaime Alexander: Believe it or not, the magazine notes that she's an ex-wrestler.

Shalita Grant (NCIS: New Orleans): " 'I have videos of myself lifting grown-ass 300-pound men on my back and walking. .... I'm 4-foot-11, about 100 pounds, and I lifted this 6-foot man."  She's an ex-trainer.

Jessica Biel: Just FTR, she still works out every day (alternating runs, yoga and Pilates).  Just thought I'd mention that, since she's not as muscular as she used to be.

Some of these women have their own threads, I know, but I didn't want to write that many posts.  Roll Eyes

Hey, maybe she's doing the remake of Attack of the 60 Foot Woman!

Glad to hear y'all liked this: I see it's getting a lot of views. Here's more on Grant, who's not as well known as the others.  About her workouts and fitness:

Jaimie's IMDb profile says she was on her high school wrestling team. No other details given.
